How We Work
Clear expectations from start to finish
To ensure a smooth experience from start to finish, we operate with clear service expectations designed to protect both your property and the quality of our work.
- Services are completed weather permitting and may be adjusted for safety or turf conditions
- Properties must be accessible on service days (gates unlocked, pets secured)
- Billing is straightforward, with simple invoicing and on-time payment expectations
- One-time services and add-ons are quoted separately to ensure accuracy
- We communicate schedule changes or delays in advance whenever possible
- A 50% deposit is required for all new clients at first service and when a quote is accepted. If the first service is scheduled for a later date, the deposit still applies.
