Usually no. As long as the property is accessible on service day — gates unlocked and pets secured — we can complete the visit. You will hear from us if something on-site prevents the work.

Services are completed weather permitting and may be adjusted for safety or turf conditions. If weather delays a visit, we communicate the change and get the property back on schedule as soon as conditions allow.

We can discuss general needs by phone, but a free on-site walkthrough is the best way to quote accurately. That visit covers what the property needs and what it will cost, with clear pricing from the first conversation.

Ongoing maintenance is built around a documented plan and a regular schedule rather than one-off surprises. A 50% deposit is required for all new clients at first service and when a quote is accepted, including when the first visit is scheduled for a later date.
